Sarah & Dave’s wedding at the Amelita Mirolo Barn in Upper Arlington, Ohio was seriously one of the most GORGEOUS weddings I’ve ever had the pleasure of photographing. The day was a whirlwind of emotions… from happy tears, to surprises, to emotional dances. Sarah is one of the most energetic people you’ll ever meet, and although rain ruined their outdoor ceremony plans, she handled it like a champ! Their indoor ceremony in the barn was still just as stunning, and went with their day perfectly.

Their first look was unique and such a great idea! They didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony, but decided to exchange letters instead they had written for each other. It was super cool to document this, as I’m sure they’ll cherish this forever!
The girls rode over to the ceremony in a beautiful trolley. While riding, one of Sarah’s close friends revealed she was pregnant!! Nothing but surprise and happiness was written all over Sarah’s face!
Although it was very windy, it made for a dramatic and emotional first look with Sarah’s dad…

Although it poured during the ceremony, the rain lightened up just long enough for us to get some gorgeous bride + groom portraits.

These flower chandeliers were jaw-dropping!!! I was pretty much in awe.
During the mother-son dance, it got so emotional, that the rest of the groom’s family joined them in one whole family dance. Tears were running down every cheek in the room… and most of all, Sarah’s.
The perfect end to a perfect night! Congratulations, Sarah & Dave!!
