In this video, I will share six must-have programs for Instagram content when it comes to growing my business on Instagram. These programs help me with content creation, content scheduling, and tracking conversions, too. 

Manychat

The first of my must-have programs for Instagram content is Manychat! Manychat is the biggest way we drive direct sales and see conversions from our content. If you’re a business owner who wants to share links with your audience, using Manychat is a no-brainer! I believe it’s a program every business owner should be utilizing on Instagram. 

Manychat For Conversions

Manychat is an automation tool. When used, you can invite users to ask for a link of yours by commenting with a specific word or phrase. When they do, they’ll automatically receive a message (set up & sent by you) with all of the information they need!

Using Manychat is Instagram-verified and approved, AND it increases your engagement. Plus, it works way better for seeing conversions than sending users to the link in your bio. You can get started with Manychat for free at this link.

Free Comment Reply Template

Plann

I love to use Plann to plan my Instagram feed. After trying a few scheduling apps over the years, I have found Plann to be the least glitchy and super user-friendly. If you use a creator account (which I do recommend for business owners), you cannot auto-post on Instagram. I wouldn’t recommend it within Instagram, anyway, because it is very glitchy. That’s why a third-party scheduling app is handy!

Canva

Canva is similar to Photoshop – but for beginners. With Canva, you can create beautiful designs for your reels cover photos, story graphics, and carousel posts. You can click here to join Canva. There is a free version and a paid version. The free version has so many features that if you don’t want to upgrade, you don’t need to!

InShot

InShot is a mobile app. It can be downloaded in the Google Play store or in the Apple Store. If I am creating a Vlog-style reel, I use InShot. It’s much easier to pull lots of video footage in and piece them together with InShot. Sometimes, I add text using InShot because having the content not look specific to a certain app helps me to repurpose the video across multiple platforms.

For more simple reels (such as b-roll style reels), I use the editing feature in Instagram to edit my video and add text boxes. For more complicated reels, I use InShot. Flodesk

Flodesk is my email marketing platform of choice. Often, we send out links to our freebies on Instagram. Flodesk is how we have people opt-in to our list to gain access to that freebie. The last of my must-have programs for Instagram content is Slack. Slack is a communication & messaging app. My team & I use it every day. We use it to communicate about our Instagram content. I might pitch my team members ideas for upcoming reels, scripts for the text boxes, or an idea about hopping on a trend. Then, my team can pull the content together and take that part of the process off of my plate.

We use Slack for Instagram, but also all facets of the brand!
