I have been looking forward to this wedding for SO LONG and I still can’t believe it finally happened! I first heard from Gabbie YEARS ago basically asking me if there’s any way I would ever travel down to Georgia for a wedding… my answer was a resounding YES and as soon as her and Daniel got engaged, we made things official!! I was going to be their wedding photographer for their beautiful wedding day in Georgia at White Crest Farm!!

Not only did I fly down to Georgia for their wedding, but for their engagement session too!! Their engagement session was my first time meeting them in person and I had a BLAST. I loved getting to know them even more, though I felt like we had already been long-time friends thanks to Instagram! :) They told me all about the fun things they had planned and I could not WAIT.

It was truly an honor to photograph their day, not only because they are such a SWEET and joyful couple… but because Gabbie is an insanely talented photographer as well! It’s always exciting when someone wants to have you travel for their wedding because they want YOU, but it was even more exciting know that they picked you when they’re a photographer as well!

These two could seriously not have had the most PERFECT winter wedding day, in the 60s with a beautiful overcast sky!! They had an outdoor ceremony with their reception inside the gorgeous barn. Their reception space was nothing short of DREAMY (keep scrolling down for those photos!) filled with candles, white walls, and gorgeous florals.

One of my favorite moments from the day was the first look, both with Gabbie and Daniel, but also Gabbie and her dad. Their families were nothing short of so sweet and loving, and it was so special to see that all day long. Gabbie and her dad have a special bond (two!) and shared their own first look together. I got teary eyed looking back through those, he was so emotional the entire wedding day!

At the end of the night, Gabbie’s mom thanked me for being there and shared how much it was Gabbie’s dream to have me as her photographer… but all I could think was how much of a DREAM it was to BE her photographer. They were a dream couple to photograph and I would do it every weekend with them if I could!!

Congrats Gabbie and Daniel on your new marriage! I am truly so excited I was there to not only witness it but play a role in your day and to give you memories you can look back on for decades to come. I know God is going to do amazing things through your marriage! Enjoy all of these highlights from your day!
