Excited to get back into the swing of blogging every week with a new Life with Steph!! Things have just been a little crazy around here, but I’m excited to jump back in and share a little more about my life! This month has had some exciting milestones, so here’s a little peek at what’s been going on in my life lately:
- I hosted my first styled shoot as the only photographer! And WOW, was it amazing!! It seriously went better than my wildest dreams. I went home with many dreamy photos and a full heart. It was truly amazing to see all the magic happen and have so many different vendors come together to put on something incredible! There are a few sneak peeks on my Instagram if you go back to look, but I’m holding off on sharing too many until it’s published! :) Woo!! Thanks to a couple of the other vendors (Cat & Jennifer) and my hubby Michael for these behind the scenes photos!
- I turned 21!! My birthday on Cinco de Mayo so it was extra special to celebrate my 21st! I had an awesome morning with my sweet friend Molly eating brunch at Northstar. Then later we had a party with a bunch of friends to celebrate! I’m pretty excited about how that watermelon cactus turned out, haha! Something on Pinterest that finally worked! :’)
- In addition to my birthday, Michael had his as well on the 16th! I love how our birthdays are so close together!! :) We weren’t able to celebrate the day of because he was working, but the day after we went out for Rita’s and had a relaxing day at home. :) If you’ve never had Rita’s, you are MISSING OUT and need to go asap.
- I’ve recently been obsessed with jumpsuits, so if there is an overabundance of myself wearing them in this year’s behind the scenes post… you have been warned! ;) Anyone else loving these?! They are seriously perfect for shooting! Still looking fancy but have freedom of movement!!
- My sister, Melissa, has recently *officially* begun working for me in my business! She’s assisting with some behind the scenes stuff, and I’m so excited to have her on board! :)
