When Jiaxin and Jacob first showed up for their engagement session, I’m pretty sure I gasped because her DRESS was just so pretty! And these two make such a great couple so I was just EXCITED to have them in front of my camera! My neutrals loving heart is exploding with this post, just wait until you see the second outfit too!! We had the PERFECT dreamy sunset light for their session. There was a little bit of haze in the sky which gave us softer light for the whole session, which is a rarity but man, is it GORGEOUS when it happens!
Ever since our first meeting, they have been nothing short of sweet and fun to chat back and forth with!! Jiaxin and Jacob originally met through Fisher, the business college at Ohio State. I love this about them because we are fellow Buckeyes at Fisher, which means we can totally relate on taking a lot of the same classes and having some of the same professors! When Jacob decided to propose to Jiaxin, he took her back to that SAME ROOM where they met at an orientation years before. I love how they chose such a sentimental spot – it has a sweet spot in my heart because Michael and I are both so sentimental as well!! It was so fun having them both in front of my camera, Jacob can make Jiaxin giggle like nothing else! She is adorable and laughed the whole way through our session. She has such a sweet heart and personality, and Jacob has such a genuine spirit with such a great care for Jiaxin. It was so fun to get to know them even better!
I can’t wait for their wedding in August at the Golf Club at Little Turtle in Westerville!! I love photographing at new venues, so I have no doubt it will be such a fun and exciting wedding! Jacob and Jiaxin, thanks for meeting with me last week and letting me photograph you both! I cannot WAIT for you to see all of these, we had the BEST dreamy sunset light!! Enjoy!
