Every year for Thanksgiving, Michael and I go down to Roanoke, Virginia for Thanksgiving to visit Michaels’ grandma and it is always so FUN! :) This year Michael and I had an extra long 10 day break, so we decide to make the most of it and go down early. It was so nice to have some time to catch up on work & assignments, relax, and do all of the traditions we do every year. We always go out for lunch at Hotel Roanoke, and it’s always so neat because they have a ton of different Christmas trees set up, all with different themes! They had everything from the Lion King (this Disney girls’ heart was soaring) to a snowman. I love seeing all the different themes every year!! We also made it out to the haybales, this huge field Michael’s family randomly found a long time ago that they go visit a lot. It’s so fun to hang out there! This year, I was also able to convince a couple to hike to the top of a mountain with me for some pretty photos… and it didn’t disappoint. If you have seen that session yet, be sure to check it out. ;)
Here are a few highlights from our trip! Can’t wait for next year!! P.S. I’m pretty sure those fuzzy reindeer socks will be on my feet EVERY SINGLE DAY this month!! :)
A few from the engagement session with Olivia & Ethan! I am still swooning over all of these!!! :)
