EMILY AND ALEX ARE MARRIED!!!! Wow, what an AMAZING day!!! These two are not only a Stephanie Kase Couple but they are also dear friends of my husband, Michael and I! They were two of the first people we met through church a couple of years ago. Knowing them personally meant that I also knew a lot of friends at their wedding, which always makes it super fun!!! I’m incredibly grateful and honored to not only be their friend but to have been their photographer for their wedding day in Bay Village, Ohio!!

They had an adorable church wedding at Bay Presbyterian Church, the church where Emily grew up in. It was so fun to visit and see where she grew up! It was crazy, because even though it was calling for rain (and even thunderstorms!) all week leading up to the wedding, once the day came, it was the most BEAUTIFUL day we could have asked for. Seriously, it was amazing!!! God was so awesome for giving us the perfect day! We headed to Huntington Beach for the majority of their bride & groom and bridal party portraits and it was PERFECT. I mean, it’s not every day you can take off your shoes and walk in the sand for wedding photos!! :) Especially in Ohio!

One of the best ways to describe Emily and Alex is that they are so genuine, kind, and they love the Lord a lot! They are completely head over heels in love with each other, which is very evident from the way they interact with each other. Their first look was SOOO sweet, oh my goodness!! It was one of my favorite parts! But what’s even more evident is their love for Jesus. It was woven into all of the different parts of their day. I especially loved their personal vows they said to each other during the ceremony. They had so much meaning and were so Christ centered, it was so special to witness not only them committing their lives to each other, but also their commitment to following God in their marriage.

Emily and Alex, ENJOY all of these favorites from your wedding day!! We are so grateful to have you two as friends and can’t wait for many more adventures together!! :) Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Spanos!!
