Alyssa and Connor’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful!! Let me tell you guys a little bit about their story, and trust me, it is so so sweet: I originally connected with these two way back in 2019, and that’s when we did their engagement session as well. They planned for their big day at The Estate at New Albany in 2020, but rescheduled to 2021 due to the pandemic. It was seriously SO WORTH the wait, because their celebration this past weekend was magical in every way!

After rescheduling last year, they decided they couldn’t wait to be married so they had an intimate ceremony back in January! They used their April wedding date as an opportunity to celebrate with all their friends and family. It was such a laid back, FUN day! I absolutely loved photographing Alyssa’s details and getting ready, their bride and groom portraits, and group portraits with their bridal party and family.
After all their portraits, cocktail hour started! All of their guests began arriving and enjoying some time before the reception started. After introductions into the reception (which had the most AMAZING cookie table, by the way, an Italian tradition from Connor’s family), they had fun events like cake cutting and dancing. With the cake cutting, it included a HUGE and very special surprise: Their gender reveal! Oh my goodness, it was so fun to see the surprise on their faces!
