When I first met Kimberly and Patrick, I loved hearing all about the story of how they met and were engaged. These two have known each other since college, for just about seven years. So when Patrick decided to propose to Kimberly, he took her back to the place where they met- Muskingum University. The legend on campus is if you kiss on the gazebo, you’ll spend the rest of your life with that person. That’s where he decided to pop the question and ask Kimberly to be in his life for the rest of forever.
For their engagement session, we headed to the Scioto Audubon Metropark and to German Village- two absolutely beautiful spots! :) The rain sprinkled for just a little bit of their session, but it didn’t spoil anything! We rocked the clear umbrella I brought and it was so beautiful! Almost a little magical, if you ask me. :) These two are getting married next year at the Estate at New Albany, a new venue that’s opening this December!! Eee!!! I’m so excited for it, you have no idea! It’s going to be so fun to shoot somewhere new (and from the looks of it, absolutely beautiful).
Kimberly and Patrick, thank you for allowing me to be a part of your wedding experience and capture your love story! I can’t wait to celebrate with you on your wedding day next year, it’s going to be a BLAST! :) Enjoy my favorites from our session!! You both are the best, so excited for what’s to come!
