This past Monday I had a shoot lined up in Pittsburgh on Tuesday… I thought, why not make a trip out of it? It just so happened to work out that both of my gal pals (who are also amazing photographers in Columbus) Kelsie and Michelle were able to come with! HOW did that happen?! I do not know, but all I know is that this trip was SO FUN and it was Jesus working it all out for us. We were barely in Pittsburgh for 24 hours, yet it was the best 24 hours ever!

Here are a few highlights from our trip:

• Ice skating at the outdoor ice skating rink by the big Christmas tree. See first two photos below. It was SO FUN. It was even worth wearing skates that hurt your feet. :)
• Speaking of ice skating… we were taking videos of each other and got one of Kelsie that we still can. not. stop. laughing at. If you wanna know what I’m talking about, click THIS LINK to see Kelsie’s post, then swipe to watch the video. You won’t regret it. You’re welcome.
• We ate at this amazing brick oven pizza place downtown. Honestly I don’t remember what it was called but it was SO GOOD.
• We also grabbed milkshakes at the Milkshake Factory. It was just as amazing as it sounds!
• The good conversations. I feel so honored to be these two’s friend and am SOOOO grateful for them both. You need people who also understand what it’s like to run a business and who will support you through it all! It’s truly amazing! I am so thankful to know them!
