Garden Wedding at The Kelton House in Columbus, Ohio

This wedding has been years in the making and I’m SO excited to share it with ya’ll on the blog today!! Chris and Brandi’s wedding day was filled with so much emotion, from happy tears to excitement to everything in between!! It was so special to see how close they were with their families and just how EXCITED everyone was that they were getting married. These two are so relaxed and laid-back, and their day was truly a reflection of the two of them!

They got married at the Kelton House in Columbus, Ohio. It was simply the most adorable garden wedding!! Their ceremony as outdoors and they could not have had a better day for it. It took place in the garden in the back under the shade, and oh was it beautiful!! Their reception was in-formal without a sit down dinner and I just loved it!! Everyone had such a great time just being together and celebrating these two!

One of my favorite details about their day was how Brandi wore her mom’s dress (with a few modern alterations). It was so special to her and meant so much! Her mom helped her into her dress and as she zipped her in, the emotions started flooding in… cue the tears!! Just wait until you see the getting ready photos, it was so sweet and it was so hard to hold back the tears from behind the camera. As the day went on, it was clear that there was so much love and gratitude for Brandi and Chris. Chris’ reaction during the first look and as she came down the aisle… the formal dances (they were some of my FAVORITE, ya’ll). When Chris and his mom had their dance, the tears started coming and Brandi came back out to give him a big hug!! It was just the sweetest!

Chris and Brandi, it was truly an HONOR to photograph your day and to serve you both!! SO excited for you two and that you’re officially MARRIED… can you believe it?! So surreal!! Enjoy all of these favorites from your big day!
