When I first heard from Karin and Austin, I was immediately SO EXCITED because they’re getting married at Jorgensen Farms (the Historic Barn). I might be a little biased, but this is basically my favorite venue ever because Michael and I got married there last year! It holds a special place in my heart, so it makes me especially excited to photograph their wedding there next May.

Another thing that I love about these two is how much they LOVE their dog, Sadie. Of course, she HAD to be included in the session and I must say, she was SUCH a good girl!! Seriously so calm and behaved so, so well!! We got so many adorable photos and I can’t wait for you to see them. These two are high school sweethearts and it was such a joy to hear them recount their story. They have been together for years and have grown their lives together.

We had the perfect night at the Scioto Grove Metropark for their engagement and oh my goodness, bring on all the SUN! Bright sunny days gives such a light and dreamy look that I ADORE for shooting! These two rocked their session and we got so many favorites. Also, I am LOVING Karin’s dress in their first outfit! Such a pretty blush color, which is also what one of their wedding colors is going to be… YAY! Bring on all the beautiful pastels and navy!

Karin and Austin, thank you SO MUCH for letting me photograph your love story! I loved getting to know you both even more and meeting your sweet pup Sadie.
