It’s HERE! I finally found a day to snap some photos of our apartment and I can’t WAIT for you all to see this post!! Our first home! :) Today I’m sharing some of our apartment, mainly the living room, dining room, and peeks of our kitchen and bedroom! In the past couple months, I just started hosting wedding consultations in our home. It has been amazing, to say the least! I regret not doing it sooner!! Future brides… set up a meeting to see the space for yourself! ;) And photogs, if you have a space like this you could potentially invite clients over to meet in – totally worth it! It’s not for everyone (I met at Starbucks the first few years of my business!) but it works so well for me. We are in a really awesome, convenient place in Clintonville, Ohio, central in Columbus, making it really easy for most of my brides to make the visit here!
Michael and I moved into this 750 square foot apartment right after getting married last July, and we have loved being here so far. We are so happy God blessed us with this home. It’s in an apartment complex that’s more like one complex among 15 complexes! It feels way more like a neighborhood than a random complex… It’s seriously the best! Lots of built up landscaping, and it’s right next to the bike trail. The buildings themselves have so much character. The outside of our building is brick, and I just love the wooden floors that came inside our apartment! We have loved getting to decorate it all and learn how to make the most out of our tiny space. Michael also has a really good eye for what looks good, so it’s great to bounce ideas off of each other to help everything come together!

This is the ONLY plant I’ve ever been able to keep alive in my life. It’s been going strong since I got it around November!! Whoa. For someone with a super black thumb, I’m so surprised!!

Michael and I bought these prints on our honeymoon. “I’ll never stop carroting about you,” “Olive you forever,” “We are the perfect pear.” :)
Anyone else love mugs as much as we do? We pretty much bought this hutch JUST to have a place to store them all… ha!
