10 years ago, Anthony and Kayla walked into an 8th grade class, only to find out they would be seated next to each other (thanks to assigned seating). It wasn’t long before they became inseparable, and quickly after, started dating. The next decade would take them through many adventures together… highschool, prom, college, even some long distance… all that would eventually lead to their wedding day.
I am absolutely honored I was able to document their wedding. They are truly one of the best couples I’ve worked with, and I am so grateful I have had the chance to get to know them! One of my favorite parts of their day was their first look. I absolutely LOVE it when couples opt to do this instead of waiting to see each other until they walk down the aisle. It was so sweet- and gave them a chance to talk a bit before all the craziness ensued.
Their main wedding color was light blue, which couldn’t have been more perfect… Because in my book, anything blue is really wonderful.

Before she finished getting ready, Kayla sat down to hand-write her vows down for the ceremony later that day.

This porch at the Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center was absolutely beautiful!! It’s probably about as southern as you’ll get for Ohio. :)

Loved the spot that we chose! It was out of the way, away from any distractions, and just a very private moment.
Their ceremony was held at the Glenross Golf Club in Delaware. I fall in love with outdoor ceremonies every time I shoot them!
