We planned for Bailey and Matt’s engagement session a few months back, and I’ve been eagerly looking forward to it ever since!! These two came all the way up from Virginia for their engagement session and we could not have had a more perfect day. This was my first time meeting them both in person (since our consultation was via Facetime) and they are seriously SO SWEET and so fun to hang out with! And they even gave me a little gift at their session… chocolates!! OH MY GOODNESS, I was so excited! On my drive home, I definitely ate at least half the bag. They were absolutely delicious and it was so thoughtful of them!!
Their engagement session was at Scale Haus Banquet Barn in Zanesville, Ohio. This is where Bailey grew up, and it has recently been turned into a wedding venue as well! Their reception is going to be held outside here and I have no doubt it will be absolutely beautiful! The white barn, rolling hills, big fields, and the character of the venue is going to make it one stunning wedding day!!
While Bailey grew up in the farm lands of Ohio, Matt grew up on Long Island in New York. They met while attending medical school in Virginia, which is where they live now! Matt proposed while they were vacationing in Hilton Head, Bailey’s favorite place. They still live in Virginia now with their ADORABLE pup, Five. Of course, we had to include Five in some of their engagement photos… and they are SO CUTE. Just wait until you see them!
Bailey and Matt, I had such a great time hanging out with you both and getting to know you! I cannot wait for your wedding day, I already know it’s going to be such a great day! It’s been a joy serving you and can’t wait for what’s to come! :)
