I’ve been so excited about hanging out with this couple for their engagement session for WEEKS and we could not have had a better night!! It was my first time heading to Dawes Arboretum in Newark, Ohio and it was simply BEAUTIFUL. From the willow tree and the beautiful light to the amazing couple, I had SO much fun!! Alana and Zach’s wedding is next June at the Hilton in Easton I’m so excited to work with Jennifer from The Finer Things Event Planning, and am SO incredibly grateful she sent this absolutely wonderful couple my way!! What a DREAM!
We headed to Dawes Arboretum for their engagement session, because this is where they got engaged! We started off at the exact spot where Zach asked Alana to marry him on the bridge. It was so sweet to hear them recount the story of how he surprised her! Their friends and family were there to celebrate their engagement with them, and Zach even thought to have a videographer come video before proposal. He definitely thought of every little detail and planned it out in the most perfect way! These two have such a genuine love for each other, they even have a blog together (you should check it out here ;)). I definitely read through it for a good hour one night, they have so many beautiful posts that I just love!! I love their hearts! They are a ROCKSTAR couple and I can’t wait to see where life takes them.
