How to Book Wedding Photography Clients | Wedding Workflow 1

Hi friends! Today is part ONE of a new series for photographers called my Wedding Workflow. I’m sharing the basics of what goes into one client’s wedding experience with me!

Initial Email: I include my investment guide, invite them over to my home for a consultation, and also share a link to my blog to browse for wedding planning advice.

Initial consultation: I go way more in depth on this HERE, but essentially I meet with them to get to know them and to share what the wedding experience with me will be like!

Making it official: I use 17Hats to manage my clients’ invoicing and contracts. To officially book me, they have to pay my retainer and contract. Once those two things are done, things are official! I also ask them to sign model releases, and I also sign and send over a print release for them to have on hand.

Wedding Guide: After they book, they’ll receive their very own Stephanie Kase Wedding Guide in the mail! It’s jam-packed with tons of tips and tricks for planning from yours truly. It gives me an opportunity to show how much I want to serve them during their experience and something fun for them to flip through!
