I’m so excited to share this BEAUTIFUL wedding day at the Manor House in Mason, Ohio with you all!! The Manor House was such a STUNNING venue, it was such a pleasure to serve this beautiful couple there!! It has beautifully designed buildings with well thought-out layouts and designs, and the grounds are kept up SO beautifully! There were seriously so many gorgeous spots for portraits, it was hard to stop!! :) Brittany even mentioned to me that was one reason why they loved the venue so much, and I have to agree!! Their ceremony was held in the beautiful Carriage House, which was adorned with white brick walls and gorgeous hydrangea flowers out front. The reception was held in the Magnolia Room, which was equally as gorgeous!!
I have loved getting to know these two leading up to their day!! Brittany has such a good eye for details, so of course, I LOVED working with her to figure out all the photography details of their day!! We both have a mutual friend, one of my good friendsKelsie (who is also a photographer and how Brittany found me!). So of course, it was a given that we were going to get along so well!! :) I LOVED getting to know her, their bridal party + families as well! Having connections with the people there is always so much fun! One thing I love about this couple and their wedding day is how EXCITED they were for their first look… when it’s something that’s a huge priority for a couple, you KNOW it’s going to be a fun day!! :) First looks are one of my favorite parts of weddings, it’s hard not to get teary-eyed when it happens because it was such a huge part of my own wedding as well!
Brittany and Tyler originally connected online and when they met for the first time, they instantly hit it off! One of my favorite parts from their day was hearing Brittany’s two sisters, Megan and Jennifer, give a toast together that included recounting the story of the night they first met… and I know there just might have been a few giggles and funny sides to the story that I know they’ll never forget. :) These two have been long distance their entire relationship because while Brittany was finishing up grad school at Miami University, Tyler was in the Army, stationed in Tennessee. When Tyler decided to propose, they were on a walk while visiting Nashville. When they came to a bridge, Brittany asked if they could take a photo (unknown to her that Tyler was hoping that’d happen!). They then handed off her phone to a stranger with a hood (their friend under disguise), then Tyler got down on one knee!! :)
Brittany and Tyler, ENJOY all of these (amazing and beautiful) favorites from your big day!! It was seriously a JOY to celebrate with you both and to serve you as you became husband and WIFE! :) Enjoy being newlyweds and browsing all of these from your day! I can’t wait to share more soon!
