I’m SO EXCITED that I get to share this wedding with ya’ll!! Stace and Chris’ wedding day was had so many personal touches throughout their day and the most beautiful colors (LOVED the burgundy and navy!). I remember Stacy telling me how she wanted unique colors, that weren’t super trendy – and I just LOVED how they turned out!! Just wait until you see her beautiful bouquet (Madison House Designs killed it!) Their venue, the Golf Club of Dublin, was simply gorgeous. I had never shot a wedding before, but don’t let the name fool you – it looks like anything but a golf club. It’s white brick walls and gorgeous scenery made for a beautiful wedding day!

Stace and Chris originally met around five years ago. They dated for a couple years, but decided to part ways – just for a little while. They reconnected again last year and ended up getting married one day before their first dating anniversary! Three months after they started dating again, Chris asked Stacy if she would marry him. At first she didn’t realize he was actually proposing – it was a complete and amazing surprise!! He hadn’t picked out a ring yet because he wanted her to be able to pick out the exact ring that she wanted. A couple of days after he proposed (in the most sweet and private way with just the two of them present) he took her to the ring shop and she was able to pick out the ring that she wanted. She thought she already knew the kinds of rings she loved but, when it came time to pick out her own ring, she picked out a setting that Chris suggested for her. He knows her so well!! :)

One thing that really stood out to me about these two is how Stacy mentioned that Chris resembled her father in so many ways. She mentioned how he makes her feel safe and loved, and how their personalities are so similar in so many ways. What an amazing match for Stace to find to remind her of her dad every day. Stace began the day getting ready in her dad’s shirt, and at the ceremony, they had a chair in the front aisle in honor of him. He was definitely there in spirit on their big day.

Stace and Chris, it was absolutely a joy to celebrate with you two on your beautiful and meaningful wedding day! I could not be happier for you both as you’re now officially husband and wife! It’s been such a joy to serve you both and congratulations once again!!
